Clio is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the APAC Payroll team in Sydney. You will run Australian payroll end to end, while collaborating with global teams and third-party EOR providers to cover other countries.

You’ll ensure PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll tax and Fair Work obligations are met, with strong compliance and data accuracy. Hybrid work and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on experience handling Australian payroll end to end.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (PAYG, Super, payroll tax, Fair Work).
• Experience with EOR or global payroll platforms and multi-country coordination.
• Hands-on with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and controls.

• Prepare and process payroll for Australia-based employees, with expansion to APAC.
• Manage payroll inputs, validations, and final settlements.
• Handle statutory reporting and remittances per Australian requirements.
• Coordinate payroll cycles with EOR partner across multiple countries.
• Support month-end activities and audits; maintain documentation.
