Job summary

Omnea in Melbourne seeks a commercial powerhouse to lead APAC GTM and revenue growth, driving the region's largest deals and building the teams and playbooks that will propel expansion.

As founding APAC GM reporting to the CCO & CEO, you will own regional revenue targets, coach leaders across sales, and partner with executives to win with CFOs, COOs and procurement leaders at enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS leadership.
• 3+ years leading regional GTM or P&L functions.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high‑performing sales teams.
• Experience selling to CFOs, COOs and procurement leaders a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set APAC GTM strategy and direct revenue growth.
• Drive large regional deals and build playbooks for scale.
• Recruit and coach a high‑performing APAC sales team.
• Represent Omnea at events and customer conversations with senior leaders.
