Job summary

Komforce Pty Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Architect / Tech Lead to design and deliver Field Service implementations for clients with on-site field teams.

You will own the solution design, guide the delivery team, and work with client stakeholders to ensure the platform fits day-to-day field operations. You will lead end-to-end design of Field Service solutions, mentor developers, define DevOps and integration patterns, and ensure a robust data model and security posture across the

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
3+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Tech Lead.
Hands-on delivery of at least two full Salesforce Field Service implementations.
Strong understanding of Service Cloud and how it connects to Field Service.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions (work orders, service appointments, service territories, resources, skills, scheduling).
Lead discovery and design workshops with operations, dispatch, and IT stakeholders.
Translate field operations requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Own the solution blueprint, data model, and security model.
Design the mobile experience, including offline capability for technicians.
