Job summary

Evotix Limited is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers across the end-to-end journey, maximise value, drive adoption and minimise churn in our global EHS SaaS platform.

You will work closely with Sales, Implementation and Support to understand strategic objectives, build the Customer Success Plan, monitor health, and identify expansion opportunities while championing Evotix’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar B2B software roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify risk signals and develop mitigation plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across EHS, operations, technology and executive leadership.
• Understand each customer objective, Evotix investment business case, priorities.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plan with measurable outcomes and milestones.
• Drive adoption and value realisation across the customer’s Evotix investments.
• Conduct value/success reviews, focusing on outcomes and measures.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimise configuration, processes, and capabilities.
