Job summary

Industrious APAC in Sydney seeks a Community Executive to be the face of the space, handling member issues and delivering hospitality to enable productive work and networking.

You will build rapport with members, host events, coordinate vendors, and support the Centre Manager to maintain occupancy and high member satisfaction.

This role offers a collaborative environment with a 5-day work week and opportunities to connect with teams across regional locations.

Qualifications

• Holds a qualification from an accredited institution.
• Open to candidates with less experience; senior roles possible for strong performers.

Responsibilities

• Be the Supportive Office Expert: ensure the office is clean and defect-free by daily walkthroughs.
• Assist with move-in/move-out schedules to minimise issues.
• Provide warm welcomes and farewells to members and visitors.
• Develop rapport with members and gather preferences to enhance service and sales.
• Support the Centre Manager to improve practices for efficiency, sales, and satisfaction.
• Manage the concierge: calls, emails, and member mail/packages.
• Coordinate with IT, F&B and Housekeeping vendors to meet needs timely.
• Plan and execute community events and member networking initiatives.
• Encourage participation in the member platform and portal.
• Manage key cards and building access securely.
