Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior commercial or related role with operational management and analysis
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial and financial drivers
• Direct sales experience preferred
• Experience in designing and delivering strategic operating plans and initiatives
• Ability to manage a matrixed team and drive performance
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and data management skills
• Ability to coordinate reports from multiple sources and present insights
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Executive presentation skills with clear recommendations

Responsibilities

• Support the APAC DVP to design and deliver the regional strategic vision
• Rollout WW/Regional Commercial Operations initiatives locally
• Participate as a member of the Region Sales Leadership team
• Collaborate with ESI and WW Commercial Operations to enable the regional sales organization
• Provide data-driven insights to define country and sub-region strategy
• Track KPIs and reporting to optimize sales focus and pipeline quality
• Manage end-to-end sales project delivery and territory planning
• Design and control of Sales Policy in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure monthly and reconciled sales reporting across views
• Lead changes in processes and systems to improve sales performance
