Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Sales Operations Manager for the Asia Pacific Zone to turn global partner strategy into local execution. You will govern partner programs, drive operational discipline and build data-driven insights to improve partner performance across Distributors, System Integrators and VARs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure seamless joint go-to-market initiatives, reviews and incentives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Program Management or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, project management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern partner governance, programmes and operational cadence across Asia Pacific.
• Drive operational excellence, KPI tracking and incentive management.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
• Oversee onboarding, deal registration, contracting, accreditation and lifecycle management.
• Develop partner scorecards and provide actionable insights to Zone Partner Leaders and Partner Sales teams.
• Drive adoption, standardization and automation of partner systems (PRM/CRM, Deal Registration, Enablement and Incentives).
• Support GTM launches, partner events, QBRs and strategic partner reviews.
