Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth and identify new investments across Australia and New Zealand within a well‑established international group. The role involves strategic planning, investment evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and business development across the APAC region.

You will work with senior leaders across Australia, Japan and the broader Asia‑Pacific, leveraging relationships with investors, government stakeholders and external partners to shape growth

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development, corporate development or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to evaluate investments, partnerships, or growth initiatives.
• Strong financial, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and investment opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct commercial assessments, market analysis, financial evaluation and business cases.
• Lead due diligence and support transaction execution for growth initiatives.
• Develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures and commercial collaborations.
• Advise executive management on market opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Represent the organisation in negotiations and stakeholder engagements.
