Job summary

CO_MGHLTD APEX GROUP HOLDINGS AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding and integration of new clients in the APAC region, with strong client interaction and cross-functional collaboration across Service Delivery, Technology, Legal and Compliance.

The role focuses on aligning with regulatory requirements and Group Policy, coordinating KYC and account openings, and maintaining progress through regular updates and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of funds industry and corporate solutions services.
• Experience with fund structures, domicile and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Experience/knowledge of Fund Administration/Custody/Depository services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to solve problems in daily work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for onboarding and integration of new business clients in the APAC region, with focus on fund services, corporate services and compliance solutions in APAC under applicable regulations and Group Policy.
• Coordinate internal functions to project lead all new business launches and transitions in APAC, including client adoptions, KYC, account openings, documentation and legal agreements, and internal system setups.
• Provide regular client onboarding status updates to clients and internally.
• Host regular project calls with stakeholders and maintain project plans to track progress.
• Assist Regional Head of Onboarding in updating senior management and client services on integration projects and in producing regional KPIs/reports.
• Develop best practices and operating models for integration to enhance onboarding and ensure KYC policies are adhered to.
• Assist with integration of newly acquired businesses to ensure consistent onboarding approaches across entities.
