SITA is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Operation in Sydney to own customer revenue growth, retention, and executive engagement for the Qantas account, focusing on Managed Network and related services. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.

Reporting to the APAC Director, Customer Success Operations, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, build strong executive relationships, and drive continuous improvement in

Formación

• 12-15 years of experience in Customer Success Management or related roles within tech, services, or aviation.
• Proven track record in driving growth, upsell opportunities, and revenue achievement.
• Experience leading customer success plans, adoption programs, and improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue and order book growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales funnel by uncovering customer needs and challenges.
• Lead POCs and customer innovations with Sales, Product, Portfolio and Delivery teams to accelerate buying decisions.
• Position SITA’s products and services to customer stakeholders to increase adoption and engagement.
• Develop retention strategies to improve satisfaction and renewals; establish executive relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Oversee service delivery and performance, ensuring knowledge is shared across back-office functions.
