Job summary

Emplifi is seeking a Business Development Representative - APAC based in Sydney to identify and engage key decision makers and drive new business opportunities across the region.

In this role you’ll collaborate with marketing and account executives, conduct needs assessments, and manage multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email) to create qualified leads and set product demonstrations. Fluent English required; enthusiasm for social and brand marketing a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or telesales.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn social and brand marketing.
• Ability to research and reach decision makers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact key decision makers to drive new business opportunities.
• Support Marketing and Sales through lead generation and qualification of inbound/outbound leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to achieve targets and plan prospect communications.
• Schedule product demonstrations and face-to-face meetings with assigned executives.
