Job summary

Emplifi is seeking a Solutions Consultant to provide strategic product guidance to regional sales, working with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers across ANZ. You will build relationships with prospects to understand pain points and map Emplifi solutions to business needs.

Collaborating with Sydney-based AEs, CSMs and the APAC Solutions team, you will help expand the ANZ client portfolio, deliver compelling demos, gather requirements, support trials, and contribute to RFPs while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS, marketing tech, or pre/post-sales consulting.
• Deep knowledge of ANZ digital and social media landscape.
• Ability to align with APAC and global stakeholders across time zones.
• 2-3 years of client-facing experience with stakeholders.
• Effective time and project management.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages helpful.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Methodical and meticulous preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define, architect, demo and prove value of Emplifi to clients.
• Act as thought leader; align solutions with customer objectives.
• Provide presales support with demos and requirements gathering.
• Assist during trials or POC and orchestrate RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sydney-based AEs, CSMs and APAC Solutions team.
• Support ANZ portfolio expansion with pre-sales expertise.
• Develop strategic reports and marketing materials for targeted industries.
