Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer in Revesby, NSW. The role offers autonomy to run the desk with flexible hours and no micro-management. You will manage full AP/AR functions, liaise with suppliers and customers, and support reception when needed.

The position is office-based, 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a salary of AU$70,000–AU$75,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR processes and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Manage debtors and follow up overdue accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with customer service and reception as needed.
