Veolia in Sydney is seeking a Rewards & Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits and people analytics for Australia & New Zealand. In Pyrmont, you will guide salary structuring, benchmarking and benefit programs while aligning with Veolia's global framework and local laws.

You will manage a small team, partner with HR and the French head office, and drive governance of data in the HRIS (SuccessFactors) to support informed business decisions and improve pay equity across the region.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits domain (≥5 years).
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural communication with Australia and France.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver annual compensation review and variable pay processes.
• Advise HR business partners on compensation, job grading, benchmarking.
• Manage benefits programs including superannuation, share plans, novated leases, insurances, wellbeing.
• Oversee data reporting and analytics for proactive decision making.
• Ensure governance of HRIS data with audit processes (SuccessFactors).
• Investigate gender pay gaps post WGEA reporting and address gaps.
• Coordinate company-wide roll-out of compensation and benefits initiatives.
