Job summary

Kate Spade New York in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Retail Operations professional to support day-to-day store network operations. You will work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure stores operate efficiently, safely, and aligned with brand standards.

You will balance operational priorities, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or a similar retail environment.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail operations will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of operational initiatives across the ANZ store network.
• Partner with Store Managers to drive operational consistency and best practice.
• Coordinate and communicate retail operational processes, policies, and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and simplify ways of working.
• Assist with store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and operational projects.
