Job summary

Kate Spade New York in Australia seeks an experienced Retail Operations professional to support daily store network operations across ANZ. You will partner with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to drive consistency, manage vendors and facilities, and coordinate store openings and refurbishments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or a similar retail environment.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational initiatives across the ANZ store network.
• Coordinate and communicate retail operational processes, policies, and updates.
• Assist with store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and operational projects.
• Act as primary contact for maintenance providers, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and guidance to store teams.
• Maintain operational trackers and project timelines; analyse data to support decisions.
