Job summary

Flexera is seeking a Senior Partner Business Manager for ANZ, based in Australia, to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the Flexera One platform—FinOps, ITAM, SaaS Management and IT Visibility. You will recruit and enable resellers, SI partners, MSPs and cloud partners, while aligning with regional sales leadership to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, channel management, or similar disciplines.
Established network of system integrators, cloud partners, resellers and service providers in ANZ.
Proven track record recruiting, developing and managing strategic technology partnerships.
Knowledge of cloud tech, FinOps, ITAM, ITSM, SaaS management, security, and related markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting partners and cloud providers across ANZ.
Identify, recruit and enable strategic partners to expand Flexera's presence and sales opportunities.
Create and execute joint business plans with partner executives, including sales, marketing and enablement.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
Drive partner-led demand generation and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders to increase partner engagement and deal velocity.
Monitor partner performance, pipeline trends and market opportunities for leadership input.
Support territory and partner business planning aligned to regional revenue objectives.
