Terumo Australia is seeking a dedicated logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end fulfillment across inbound and outbound activities. You will work with Customer Service, Sales, and external partners to ensure timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery.

The role emphasizes accuracy in SAP and SFDC records, inventory integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting. Experience with warehousing, freight, and customs processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or operations delivering service targets.
• Strong understanding of inbound logistics, outbound distribution, warehouse coordination, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to coordinate customer communications and customs documentation requirements for inbound clearance.
• Proactive, self-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as a dedicated point of contact across the end-to-end fulfillment process, coordinating inbound logistics, warehousing, order allocation, outbound dispatch and customer delivery activities.
• Coordinate inbound shipment activities including ASN creation, freight documentation, ETA maintenance, customs broker and freight forwarder communication.
• Coordinate outbound order fulfillment activities with Customer Service, Sales, external warehouse providers and transport partners to support timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
• Follow up and investigate missed, short or failed customer deliveries, coordinating replacement orders with Customer Service.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics performance, escalating risks and coordinating corrective actions as required.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, Salesforce and logistics partner portals to ensure system integrity and compliance.
