Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of domestic logistics and warehousing across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves managing 3PL networks, transport partners and in-house warehousing, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and delivery of products from the Adelaide head office.

• Relevant degree or qualification in supply chain or business.
• Experience leading logistics, warehousing and 3PL relationships across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in cost control, supplier performance and operational issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Center logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand for performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead 3PL/provider relationships and transport partners to optimise service and cost.
• Analyze KPIs and root causes to drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Manage logistics expenditure, budgeting and forecasting with supplier negotiations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure WHS/EHS and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop logistics and warehouse teams.
