Job summary

Teradata in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a PoD Lead for ANZ Financial Services Industry (FSI). You will lead Teradata’s FSI business, driving growth, customer success, and market expansion across banking, insurance, wealth management, and fintech sectors.

You'll develop and execute the ANZ FSI go-to-market strategy while leading a team of Account Executives, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and ecosystem partners, building executive relationships to accelerate AI, analytics, and

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology sales leadership experience, especially in financial services markets.
Proven track record of leading teams that exceed revenue targets.
Experience selling complex software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI solutions.
Strong executive presence with C-suite and board relationships.
Experience in highly regulated industries like banking or insurance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute ANZ FSI growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
Lead and coach cross-functional teams to acquire, grow, and retain strategic customers.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders in FSI.
Drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue target achievement.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Partners to maximize outcomes.
Champion AI, analytics, and cloud modernization solutions for measurable value.
Identify industry trends and opportunities to shape strategic account planning.
Foster accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
