Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader based in Sydney to drive and execute our Digital Natives sales strategy.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, own executive relationships, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deploy AI solutions for customers. The role demands extensive experience leading enterprise sales, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams.
• Experience selling software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company.
• Familiarity with the Financial Services industry in ANZ.
• Designing and executing complex deal strategies.
• Leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sellers.
• Partner with solutions to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
• Manage consumption revenue forecasts.
• Closely monitor the industry landscape to inform product roadmap and corporate strategy.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates and help shape company culture.
