Danone seeks an experienced Employee Service Manager ANZ to lead the ANZ Employee Services team across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring high-quality HR operational support and compliant service delivery.

Reporting to the Employee Service Geography Lead, you’ll balance people leadership with hands-on delivery, drive regional initiatives, and enhance the employee experience through efficient processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services, Payroll, or HR Admin.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar.
• Solid understanding of AU/NZ employment legislation and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead ANZ Employee Services team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Employee Services per APAC strategies and policies.
• Act as primary Employee Services contact for ANZ HR community.
• Oversee lifecycle processes: contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding, documentation, inquiries.
• Support HR systems maintenance, data management, time and attendance, vendor services.
• Drive service excellence through issue resolution and support.
