Job summary

Danone ANZ is seeking an experienced Employee Service Manager to lead the Employee Services team across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with HR and regional teams to deliver high-quality HR operational support, compliance, and service excellence for employees and stakeholders.

This role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery, overseeing lifecycle processes, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic ANZ environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR Operations or Employee Services.
• Experience leading or mentoring HR operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ANZ Employee Services team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure delivery aligned with APAC strategies, policies and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for the ANZ HR community, managing escalations.
• Oversee lifecycle processes: contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding.
• Support HR systems, data management, time and attendance.
• Drive service excellence through issue resolution and support.
