Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Manager HR Solutions and Partner Enablement to lead the partner enablement approach for HR solutions in the ANZ market.

You will bring practical HR expertise to design, select partners, and engage clients, while reducing administrative complexity and delivering workforce insights. You will leverage technology, automation, and AI to shape ADP's go-to-market strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and external partners to deliver credible, market-relevant solutions

Qualifications

Strong experience in HR solutions, HR transformation and workforce technology
Proven ability to connect client needs, business outcomes and technology-enabled solutions
Experience partnering with HR leaders and functions to shape solutions
Ability to translate market signals into practical solution strategies

Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen ADP's partner enablement approach across HR solutions in the ANZ market
Ensure solution design, partner selection, and client engagements reflect real workforce challenges
Reduce administrative complexity and improve workforce insights for clients
Monitor HR market trends across ANZ to identify client needs and opportunities
Shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen partner relationships for ADP
Collaborate with internal and external partners to keep HR solutions relevant and credible
Apply technology, automation and AI to develop and position HR solutions across the market
Support leadership with market insights to inform strategic decisions
Align HR solutions with ADP products and partner capabilities for ANZ
