Job summary

Homart is seeking a commercially driven eCommerce Specialist to own Homart’s online marketplace across Australia and New Zealand, including Amazon, Shopify, and Chemist Warehouse Marketplace. You’ll set strategy, own revenue targets and drive growth.

You’ll manage listings, optimise product pages, run ads and promotions, oversee fulfilment (FBA), stock forecasting and customer service, and deliver monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce or marketplace sales.
• Proven Amazon account management experience including Amazon Advertising and FBA.
• Experience setting up seller accounts and launching products from scratch.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and copywriting ability.
• Shopify store management experience; familiarity with Australian marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales targets and growth strategy across all eCommerce and marketplace channels.
• Set up and launch new marketplace accounts and evaluate new channel opportunities.
• Manage and optimise product listings, the Shopify store and overall account health.
• Plan and run advertising, promotions and key retail events within budget.
• Oversee fulfilment (including Amazon FBA), stock forecasting and customer service.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and reconciliations.
