Job summary

Revlon Consumer Products LLC in Australia is seeking a commercially astute National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead our Amazon business and drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to Sales Director, Australia, you will own end-to-end commercial performance, including account strategy, Joint Business Planning, pricing, promotions, and retail media.

You will build a high-performing team, partner with Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain and Finance, and elevate eCommerce

Qualifications

• Experience building brands on Amazon and growing eCommerce channels.
• Strong understanding of Joint Business Planning, vendor negotiations, digital shelf, retail media, content strategy, search and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience managing customer P&Ls, forecasting and promotional planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon growth strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
• Own end-to-end Amazon customer P&L and negotiations.
• Develop growth plans with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Lead and develop the National Account Manager, eCommerce and Coordinator.
