Job summary
Clorox is seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Growth Manager ANZ to accelerate online growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead ecommerce strategy, digital shelf excellence, and Amazon partnerships, translating insights into actionable commercial decisions.
In this hybrid role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth and capability development, shaping the future of ecommerce for ANZ.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Ecommerce, Digital Commerce, Shopper Marketing, Category Management or Sales within FMCG/retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing Amazon or major ecommerce partnerships.
- Advanced analytics using ecommerce, retailer data to drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop ANZ ecommerce growth strategy with senior stakeholder input.
- Translate shopper and ecommerce data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive digital shelf excellence, content governance, and optimisation.
- Lead Amazon and other pureplay partnerships with P&L ownership.
- Build ecommerce capability and data-driven growth mindset across teams.
- Create measurement frameworks and dashboards to track performance.
