Airco Brands in Australia seeks an experienced Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will drive forecast accuracy, optimise inventory and support operational performance across our product portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations and Logistics to lead demand planning, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to sustain growth and service levels.

Qualificações

• Minimum four years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning in manufacturing, importing or distribution.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid understanding of Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse sales history, market trends and demand fluctuations to develop accurate forecasts.
• Maintain and upload sales forecasts within SAP and conduct MRP analysis.
• Monitor forecast variances and proactively identify significant changes in demand.
• Validate demand assumptions across key product categories through regular reviews.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams to manage out-of-stock risks, new product introductions and demand changes.
• Participate in and contribute to the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to review, challenge and align forecast assumptions.
• Present recommendations and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to evaluate inventory and service outcomes.
• Identify and implement strategies to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory.
