Job summary

Heng & Hurst is seeking a Senior Market Access Manager to lead pricing and reimbursement strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, ANZ, you will craft submissions, inform HTA decisions and align access plans with product launches and lifecycle management.

Collaborating with Market Access, Medical, Marketing and External Affairs teams, you will shape evidence generation, engage with government bodies and stakeholders, and ensure pricing strategies meet

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech pricing, reimbursement or market access.
• Strong knowledge of PBS, PBAC and MSAC processes and NZ PHARMAC funding.
• Experience developing reimbursement submissions and HTA submissions.
• Ability to assess clinical, health economic and real-world evidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, with ability to work across local, regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of reimbursement dossiers to PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC.
• Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for products and pipeline assets.
• Evaluate evidence to inform HTA submissions and market access decisions.
• Identify data needs and coordinate evidence generation strategies.
• Provide strategic pricing advice, including price disclosures and agreements.
• Monitor policy changes and translate into access strategies.
• Collaborate with brand teams to integrate market access into launches and lifecycle plans.
• Build relationships with government bodies, reimbursement agencies and industry groups.
• Contribute to business planning and pipeline assessments.
