Smith and Nephew seeks a Commercial Capability Lead, ANZ, cross franchises, to strengthen commercial execution across Australia and New Zealand from its Sydney base. You will partner with senior leaders, design and deliver the sales enablement curriculum, and coach Sales Directors and Managers to lift performance.

You will drive capability development aligned with business priorities, work with Franchise Leadership Teams, and participate in leadership forums to shape strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree essential; Masters highly regarded.
• 10+ years of sales experience including 5+ years in life sciences or medical device sales management.
• Strong experience in leadership development, coaching, and commercial execution.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience driving capability development linked to business outcomes.
• Travel 25-50%.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to improve how the commercial organization performs and executes.
• Lead and facilitate sales enablement curricula and related programs.
• Provide coaching to Sales Directors and Sales Managers.
• Diagnose capability gaps and advise on improvements.
• Align capability priorities with business objectives and budget.
• Participate in sales and leadership meetings and provide insights on gaps.
