This position leads and curates our sales enablement curriculum, coaches Sales Directors and Managers, and helps diagnose and close capability gaps. Travel is expected 25–50% in ANZ.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in related field essential; Masters highly regarded.
• 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in life sciences/medical device sales management.
• Strong experience in leadership development, coaching, business planning, and commercial execution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success in complex, competitive, and matrix environments with capability development tied to business outcomes.
• Travel requirements – 25-50%.

Aufgaben

• This role operates as a business partner to leadership—focused on improving how the commercial organisation performs and executes.
• Lead and facilitate our sales enablement curriculum: Sales Manager Academy, Challenger selling and marketing, Negotiation academy, field sales training academy, and adhoc programs.
• Provide individual and small group coaching to Sales Directors and Sales Managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, diagnosing and addressing performance and capability gaps.
• Collaborate with Franchise Leadership Teams to align capability priorities with business objectives and budget.
• Participate in Sales meetings, Senior Leadership Team meetings, and monthly staff meetings.
• Contribute to performance discussions with insights on capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Work with Delivery Leads and Global Curriculum Lead on design, refinement, and execution of programs.
