Job summary

Teads Sydney ANZ seeks an experienced Campaign Manager to own end-to-end digital and programmatic campaigns across the ANZ market. You will act as the strategic execution anchor, delivering campaigns from setup to post-campaign analysis with a focus on hitting SLA and client KPIs.

You will collaborate daily with Sales, Teads Studio, and Data & Insights to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns, optimize delivery, and maintain data integrity across platforms for ROI

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of executing digital or programmatic ad campaigns.
• Hands-on proficiency with DSPs, ad servers, third-party verification tools.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders.
• Right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of direct and programmatic campaigns from setup to post-campaign analysis.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations and refinements.
• Review operational inputs (viewability, CTR, VTR, pace) to maximize ROI.
• Troubleshoot creative, tracking, or tag issues to ensure smooth launches.
• Cultivate advisory relationships with internal teams and external trading desks.
