Genesys is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for ANZ & India to plan, execute, optimise, and report on digital marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. The role blends hands‑on campaign execution with performance management across channels and requires a commercial mindset with strong operational skills.

The position supports Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane locations and requires experience across paid media, email marketing, content syndication, and ABM/analytics tools.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years in B2B digital marketing.
• Strong experience across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic).
• Email marketing and automation experience.
• Content syndication and demand generation experience.
• Commercial mindset linking activities to pipeline outcomes.
• Strong operational and execution skills.

Mansioni

• Own end‑to‑end digital campaigns across ANZ & India, including LinkedIn, social, display and content programs.
• Manage newsletters and localisation for APAC audiences.
• Maintain regional website content and publish blogs/landing pages with localized CTAs.
• Oversee paid search in partnership with agencies and optimise ROI.
• Manage 6sense display campaigns and optimize creatives and spend.
• Coordinate vendors, budgets, accruals, and invoicing with sales/ops teams.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline contribution and influence.
