Job summary

NAB is seeking an Analyst, Zoom, VC and AV Engineer to join the Workplace Technology Team. You’ll provide onsite Zoom/AV room support at NAB head office sites and coordinate remote support for NAB commercial and Retail spaces.

You will handle daily BAU operations for VC, AV, Zoom Webinar and Digital Media services, and assist with premium-space events. A strong background in video and AV technology is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience delivering services to large scale enterprise environments, preferably with AV solutions (Video, Web and Audio Conferencing).
• 2+ years in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Passion for video creation and event hosting.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and document processes, SOPs, technical docs, and training materials.
• Knowledge of Zoom/Teams video conferencing and webinars.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
• Experience with VoIP best practices, processes and deployment/support.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite support for Zoom, Cisco and AV rooms at NAB head office sites and remote coordination for NAB commercial and Retail spaces.
• Supports day-to-day BAU operations for VC, AV, Zoom Webinar, Branch Audio, Foxtel & Digital Media services across the organization, including premium spaces.
• Supports Digital Media service onboarding and setup of new digital media players; monitors devices via Appspace Cloud portal.
• Supports onsite, hybrid and Zoom webinar events in premium spaces; maintains tech and trains stakeholders.
• Maintains and updates BVT production fleet software, hardware, firmware and apps.
• Performs proactive daily monitoring and health checks of NAB AV systems, Zoom and Cisco platforms and Digital Media across offices.

In the role of an Analyst, Zoom, VC and AV Engineer you will join the Workplace Technology Team within Enterprise Technology that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provides onsite support of all facets of Zoom, Cisco and AV rooms locally at designated Head office sites, as well as remote coordination and support of all other local and international NAB commercial and Retail meeting room spaces.
• Support of day-to-day BAU operations for all VC, AV, Zoom Webinar, Branch Audio, Foxtel & Digital Media services across the organization, including support and maintenance of premium spaces.
• Support of the Digital Media service across NAB including registration, onboarding and set up of new digital media players, as well as monitoring of devices via the Appspace Cloud portal.
• Support and service the technology used for onsite, hybrid and Zoom webinar events held in premium spaces such as the Boardrooms, Auditoriums, Amphitheatre and other premium spaces. Maintain the tech and provide user training to key stakeholders across the business.
• Support and BVT production fleet software, hardware, firmware and application updates to ensure currency of technology.
• Proactive daily monitoring and checks of NAB AV systems, Zoom and Cisco platforms, & Digital Media via health checks, dashboards and alerting for all Head and Metro offices, Retail sites, and International.

• 2+ years of experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication ability
• Strong ability to create and document processes, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and training material and user guides
• Knowledge of Zoom/Teams video conferencing and webinars.
• Experience in using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
• Experience w/VoIP best practices, process, and procedures for deployment and support
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
