Job summary

NAB is seeking an Analyst, Zoom, VC and AV Engineer to join the Workplace Technology Team in Enterprise Technology. You will deliver seamless onsite and remote Zoom/AV support, plan and produce video content, and train users to maximise event tech performance across NAB sites.

You will own the end-to-end video workflow for events, livestreaming and internal media, while developing guides and SOPs. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder communication in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience supporting services to large scale enterprise, preferably with AV solutions (Video, Web and Audio Conferencing).
• 2+ years of experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Zoom Meetings, Webinars and Events both locally and NAB international sites.
• In room planning, set-up and operation of meeting room equipment for events, including hybrid events.
• Capture short form and piece to camera content from engagement to deliverable outcome.
• Plan, produce and shoot high quality video for live streaming and internal media channels.
• Provide training, create documentation and training material for Zoom AV events, AV videoing and production, and other VC components.
• Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases with business, customers, team members and escalations.
• Support tech for onsite, hybrid and Zoom webinar events in premium NAB spaces; provide user training to stakeholders.
• Support AV event services including tech/setup and guides for all NAB event spaces.

In the role of an Analyst, Zoom, VC and AV Engineer you will join the Workplace Technology Team within Enterprise Technology that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide onsite and remote support for all facets of Zoom Meetings, Webinars and Events both locally and NAB international sites.
• Provide in room planning, set-up and operation of various meeting room equipment for events. This includes hybrid events using in room equipment and the Zoom services above.
• Experience with capturing short form and piece to camera content, end to end from engagement to deliverable outcome.
• Plan, produce and shoot high quality video for live streaming and content for our internal media channels.
• Provide training, create documentation and training material for Zoom AV events, AV videoing and production, and other VC related components.
• Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with the business, customers, team members, other internal support teams, and escalations to third party suppliers and integrators.
• Support and service the technology used for onsite, hybrid and Zoom webinar events held in premium spaces such as the Boardrooms, Auditoriums, Amphitheatre and other premium spaces. Maintain the tech and provide user training to key stakeholders across the business.
• Support AV event services including tech and config set up, user training and guides, and support of all AV technology within NAB event spaces.

We’re looking for customer-focused talent with the experience and knowledge to make an impact. You’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience supporting services to large scale enterprise, preferably with AV solutions (Video, Web and Audio Conferencing)
• 2+ years of experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders
• Have a passion for video creation and event hosting
• Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication ability
• Strong ability to create and document processes, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and training material and user guides
• Knowledge of Zoom/Teams video conferencing and webinars.
• Experience in using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
• Experience w/VoIP best practices, process, and procedures for deployment and support
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
