Job summary

RAC is seeking a meticulous Loan Operations professional to oversee daily loan payments, ensure AML/CTF compliance, and process new loan files within established guidelines. You will reconcile loan clearing and general ledger accounts, monitor overnight reports, and manage closures, refunds, and direct debit forms while coordinating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan account payments, AML/CTF compliance, and upload new loan files within guidelines.
• Reconcile loan clearing and general ledger accounts; monitor overnight error reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage loan account closures, process Consumer Credit Insurance refunds, and handle direct debit forms.
• Lead stakeholder management with internal and external teams; conduct quarterly procedure reviews and assist with training for changes.
• Daily data entry for refinanced journals and cheque repayments; respond to member payment queries and manage inboxes.
• Escalate significant repayments for AML/CTF issues and provide relief as required.
