RAC Finance (RACF) seeks a dedicated Settlements Officer (permanent full-time) to ensure efficient loan funding, payment processing, and account reconciliations in alignment with compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan account payments and AML/CTF compliance.
• Reconcile loan clearing and general ledger accounts and investigate overnight errors.
• Manage loan account closures and refunds; handle direct debit forms.
• Lead stakeholder management with internal and external teams; review procedures and train on changes.
• Perform daily data entry for refinanced journals and cheque repayments; respond to member queries.
• Provide relief as required and perform other duties as requested.
