Job summary

La Trobe Financial is seeking a Credit Operations Officer to support Credit Analysts with residential, investment and commercial loan applications. You will deliver excellent customer service while upholding company standards in dealings with mortgage brokers, borrowers and stakeholders.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage and work both autonomously and in a team. Experience with AML/CTF is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of new loan applications in a CRM system with high accuracy.
• Ordering property valuations.
• Preparing loan offer documentation per company policy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responding to inbound emails and telephone enquiries.
• Other administrative duties as required.
