Job summary

Totalyty is seeking a high-performance Amazon Ads Expert to join our Sydney-based team. This role spans the full Amazon advertising stack, including Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and AMC, to drive measurable growth for premium brands across global marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale Amazon Advertising accounts across multiple markets.
• Deep expertise across Sponsored Ads, with strong capability in Amazon DSP and AMC.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Experience building audience strategies, attribution models, and incrementality frameworks.
• Confidence in owning budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to clients.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale large, complex advertising accounts across multiple global marketplaces.
• Own end-to-end campaign strategy across: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; Amazon DSP (prospecting, retargeting, audience building).
• Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to analyze journeys and build high-value audience segments.
• Develop and manage full-funnel media strategies aligned to client growth objectives.
• Drive budget planning, forecasting, and performance optimization at scale.
• Translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations.
• Present performance and strategy updates directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution across growth levers.
