Job summary

AM-Transport is seeking a self-motivated Transport Supervisor to join our 24/7 operation. This role is based on a Sunday to Wednesday roster and focuses on accurate planning, data entry, and ensuring driver paperwork is completed daily.

You will coordinate local pickups and deliveries, identify and resolve issues, and maintain CoR compliance while promoting safety and a healthy work environment. You'll liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Work autonomously and in a team.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an operations or supervisory role within the heavy vehicle industry.
• Provide up-to-date, contactable references.
• Willingness to learn internal software systems.
• Capable of performing under pressure in a time-critical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on role with experience loading/unloading trucks.
