Job summary

BlueStar Global Logistics is seeking a motivated AM Supervisor to join our busy transport and logistics operation in Brisbane. You will oversee morning operations, coordinate daily activities and ensure freight is processed, dispatched and delivered efficiently, safely and on time.

Working closely with drivers, staff and management, you will lead a team to maintain high standards of safety, service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily morning transport and logistics operations.
• Oversee the loading, unloading, sorting and dispatch of freight.
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Allocate work, coordinate driver movements and manage operational priorities.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with CoR, WHS and relevant transport regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, delays and service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, internal teams and management.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for overseeing morning operations, coordinating daily activities and ensuring freight is processed, dispatched and delivered efficiently, safely and on time.

Working closely with drivers, staff and management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily morning transport and logistics operations.
