Linfox Pty Ltd in Redbank, QLD is seeking an AM Transport Allocator to coordinate transport movements, plan delivery schedules and support timely dispatch on a rotating 4-on/4-off roster with 12-hour shifts from 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

You will work with drivers and customers, maintain run sheets and compliance records, and develop strong relationships while delivering reliable service; training and support will be provided.

Formación

• Experience in transport load planning or fleet allocation preferred.
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of TMS is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areas.
• Able to perform under pressure with strong organisation.

What does the job look like?

Our Retail operation is seeking a AM Transport Allocator to support our Redbank, QLD site. You'll play a key role in coordinating transport movements, planning delivery schedules, and ensuring timely metropolitan dispatch operations. The role follows a rotating four-days-on, four-days-off roster, working 12-hour shifts between 2:00AM and 2:00PM. Key areas:

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements
• Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them
• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times

• Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded, but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills – experience with TMS is highly regarded
• Strong geographical knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areas
• Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
