Job summary

Join our Retail team as an AM Transport Allocator based in Truganina, VIC. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving - managing transport allocations, optimising routes, and dispatching metro deliveries to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.

This position offers a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster, with 12-hour shifts from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain accurate schedules and punctual deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Geographical knowledge of VIC metro and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficient.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements
• Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them
• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
