Job summary

JMC Academy is seeking an Alumni Community Coordinator to build and grow its alumni network across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The role focuses on coordinating communications, events, and community-building activities that strengthen alumni connections with students and industry partners.

You will report to the Industry Partnerships & Alumni Manager and work across Academic, Careers, Marketing and Student Services teams to deliver a vibrant alumni community—with opportunities for mentoring,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Education, Arts Administration or related field.
Experience in alumni relations, community engagement or events.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce/HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Deliver alumni engagement initiatives, campaigns and communications aligned with the alumni strategy.
Coordinate alumni newsletters, social media content and community engagement across digital channels.
Support growth and engagement of the alumni community by fostering participation and two-way communication.
Maintain accurate alumni records within the CRM and marketing platforms, including segmentation and reporting.
Assist with CRM-related projects, including requirements, improvements and integrations.
Coordinate alumni events, networking, reunions, showcases and guest speaker sessions.
