Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a busy healthcare clinic. You will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and provide clinical leadership to support clinicians in delivering client-centred therapy services.

You will drive service excellence, manage resources and KPIs, and guide expansion initiatives across NDIS, Medicare, and private funding streams. A strong leadership background in allied health is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Current AHPRA registration, police check, WWCC, and NDIS screening.
• Valid driver’s license with capacity for occasional travel.

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth workflow.
