Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Duty Airport Manager to lead live airport operations from Perth Airport. As the on-shift decision maker, you will oversee end-to-end operations across above-and below-the-wing activities, ensuring safety, service and on-time performance.

You will manage rotating shift rosters, collaborate with port teams and service partners, and drive continuous improvement while modeling safe behaviours and decisive leadership in high‑pressure situations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in frontline operational management (airport operations preferable).
• Proven capability as a people leader, able to motivate and influence teams during live operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing disruption, competing priorities and real-time decision-making.
