Job summary

Qantas Group's Network Aviation is seeking an AMO Team Manager at Perth Airport to lead LAMEs, AMEs and apprentices, delivering safety, performance and development.

Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager, you will drive employee lifecycle, onboarding, return-to-work, recruitment and EA compliance, while partnering with operations, safety and planning to support continuous improvement and change.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large frontline/industrial environment.
• HR qualification or related discipline is highly regarded.
• Proven coaching and development of frontline teams.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle matters including case management, performance, conduct, HR/IR, EA and wellbeing.
• Knowledge of HR/IR policies, WHS legislation and fitness for work processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Passion for safety, wellbeing and people development.
