Job summary

Adelaide Airport is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver capital works across Adelaide and Parafield Airports. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage design, procurement, and contractors, and ensure programs, budgets and quality meet approvals.

You will mentor staff, support PMO development and embedding a strong safety and customer-service culture in delivery. Essential qualifications include a degree or diploma in project management and a valid driver’s license; desirable

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in project management or related discipline; demonstrated experience considered.
• Valid drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of capital works projects to achieve quality, program and budget outcomes.
• Support the team with guidance on best practice and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure all building works comply with Airports Act and AAL requirements.
• Understand and contribute to all Company policies and procedures.
• Support procurement strategies and portfolio/program management; assist PMO development.
• Lead and support direct reports with clear direction; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions; contribute to a safe workplace.
• Comply with WHS Responsibility Guidelines and Environmental Responsibility Procedure.
