Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) invites applications for a Delivery Manager to lead capital projects across its airport portfolio. You will govern project lifecycles, interface with external partners, and ensure outcomes align with business cases, funding and strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in project management or related field, plus proven experience in infrastructure or capital works, with strong governance and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering or overseeing infrastructure, construction or capital works projects.
• Strong governance, controls and capital investment process knowledge.
• Experience managing contractor and consultant performance.
• Proven capability in project assurance, compliance, audit or governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and governance of capital projects across the ADG portfolio.
• Interface with external delivery partners, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Conduct project assurance reviews, compliance audits and governance assessments.
• Review budgets, forecasts, procurement activities and variations.
• Prepare and present project reports and governance submissions.
• Support approval processes by the Executive, CIC and Board.
