Job summary

LogiHire Pty Ltd's client in Brisbane operates a fast-paced aviation logistics desk, handling urgent airfreight end-to-end. The role involves booking capacity, arranging pickups, and updating customers as plans change. You'll join a small team with clear paths to growth.

You'll bring hands-on airfreight or courier operations experience, calm under pressure, and strong communication with customers and carriers. CargoWise experience is highly regarded, with one weekend per month on roster.

Our client is a specialist in time-critical aviation logistics. They move urgent aircraft parts and critical freight for airlines, MROs and aviation businesses, often while an aircraft is sitting on the ground waiting. When a part has to make the next flight out, this is the team that gets it there.

The Brisbane operation is young, hands-on and growing fast. It's led by an experienced Operations Manager, good work gets noticed, and there is real room to step up as the business expands. They are hiring two coordinators.

The Role

This is a busy airfreight desk with urgency built in. Some jobs are planned days out. Others land at 4pm and need to be moving within the hour. You'll own shipments end to end and be the person the customer relies on until the freight is delivered.

What You'll Be Doing
